Hello and welcome to TRANSFORMED FOR GLORY.
If you've already invested in "Transformed for Glory", then you know my name is Karen and I have been trained in many areas in preparation for sharing with you. My fields of "expertise" include home economics (an area of study now referred to as home or human ecology), stained glass, art and music, psychology, biblical counseling, spiritual direction, and life coaching. As I wrote "Transformed for Glory", and made the videos and cassette tapes, I was so "surprised" how God even used my love of stained glass. Yes, God can and will use everything that happens and He will use it for good (Romans 8:8). Read that Scripture and see what it has to say to you.
From the "Transformed for Glory" preface, let me repeat these heartfelt words.
I encourage you to check everything that I write with the Bible. Look to examples like the Bereans: examine or compare what I say with Scriture (Acts 17:11-12). Talk with other Christians; discuss the topics and points I write about in these pages with your friends. Fellowship and support groups add vitality; "life" is given to what is learned. And pray continually. Seek God's direction by staying close to Him through the act of prayer. Listen for His Holy Spirit to communicate with you. These things are important as you begin or continue the process of transformation . . . God and His Holy Word and Spirit are your power source.
So welcome to "Transformed for Glory". May God truly bless your process with surprises and joy, and do "exceedingly abundantly" more than you could ever ask or imagine according to His power that works in you (Ephesians 3:20). I am excited and enthused for you, and so happy that we can go along this road together.
